Our goal is to provide a single entry into CTM Software for support of our customers, partners, and prospects. Each service request is tracked and monitored from first contact to final resolution. We provide an escalation process, based on problem severity, to ensure that all business critical issues are quickly resolved.

Customer Service is closed for national holidays in United States. After-hours service available 24 hours x 7 days/week for Priority 1 issues only.
